We had a brilliant first half in the return to action today. Steve Smedley found me (Mike Jackson) at the left post to put away a first before a great solo effort through the defence from Jamie Grist to add a second. Sadly Droitwich had a strong period at the start of the second and managed to grab 2 back. We found our footing as the game went on but didn’t find the net in time.

MoM Sam Rotherham in a first starting role in centre mid. He beat Jack Brayshaw, visiting from uni. Jamie also was mentioned for a great game.
